How to Participate:

1. Step 1: Unboxing Video (Earn RM5)

   • Record a clear unboxing video showing the parcel and the Proride product received.
   • The video should show the product packaging, condition, and contents.
   • Send the video to us via WhatsApp or Telegram at 011-12840094.

   Reward: RM5 cash transferred to your bank account.

2. Step 2: Installation/Fitment Video (Earn RM5)

   • Record a video showing the complete installation or fitment process of the Proride product on your vehicle.
   • The video must capture from the start to the end of the installation.
   • Send the video to us via WhatsApp or Telegram at 011-12840094.

   Reward: RM5 cash transferred to your bank account.

3. Step 3: Video Submission

   • Submit the videos (either one or both) through WhatsApp or Telegram.
   • Include your order number, e-commerce platform name (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.), and bank account details for the cashback.

4. Step 4: Verification & Reward

   • Our team will review the videos for clarity and completeness.
   • Once approved, you will receive RM5 cash for each valid video (RM10 if both videos are submitted) via bank transfer.
   • Please allow up to 7 business days for the cashback to be processed.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The cashback is valid only for customers who purchase Proride products via authorized e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Facebook).
2. Customers must send the videos to us via WhatsApp or Telegram for verification.
3. The unboxing video must clearly show the product received and its condition.
4. The installation/fitment video must clearly demonstrate the installation process from start to finish.
5. Cashback will be issued only after our team verifies and approves the video submissions.
6. RM5 cashback will be issued per valid video, with a maximum of RM10 per order (unboxing + installation).
7. Bank details must be accurate for cash transfer. Proride is not responsible for any errors or delays caused by incorrect bank details.
8. All media (videos) submitted to Proride become the property of Proride and may be publicly published on Proride's social media or other promotional platforms.
9. Proride reserves the right to decline any video submissions that are incomplete, unclear, or do not meet the above criteria.
10. The cashback program may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice.
